You can obtain support several ways. If you are seeking support and are off campus please call the Hospital IS Help Desk at 614-293-3861 or you may submit a trouble ticket here.

If you are on campus you may visit us by coming to the ASK DESK between the hours of 7:30AM - 12:00PM and 1:00PM - 4:30PM located at 1st Floor John A Prior Health Sciences Library or call the desk at 614-247-2275.
